    I am doing a sunbonnet sue gardening quilt
    started off with the D9P but I love just the nine patch as well.....Do you think they would look ok mixed?.
    I do plan borders and a couple more blocks of Sue....Thanks Rita

    I think it would work, but I would build up my SS to the same size as the 9P and alternate them.

    Not typically a fan of sunbonnet sue, but I do really like her when she's doing things. The gardening is quite fun! And the embroidery is lovely.

    I agree. SS will be overwhelmed if they are not the same size as the other block. Should be great! :thumbup:
