Darling Quilt What a great job well done!!! Pat yourself on the back. I personally think that you should add a different design on the back and make it reversible. Its a decision I have made now to be making on all my quilts hear on out. However if you decide to go solo Depending on where you are from If winters a cold go flannel, if winters are cool go fleece and top it all hot winters don't use anything but sandwiching the two fabrics together and bind. Hope it helps

I make lots of quilts for babies and children. I am always happy with a flannel back. I think it gives it a nice sturdy weight.

I love solid color fleece for my quilting...and I use a very thin poly batting ( baby quilt batting) and it looks like whole cloth! I have been doing the fairies for my Mom who is doing them for all her great-grand children! I vote for fleece. Even if it is warm they can sit on them!

That is so cute. Was it a pattern or did you design it yourself?
