Unbelievable - LOVE IT - beautiful - My nephew wants me to make him a quilt and his favorite color is blue - not sure what I will do yet but this is a thought.

Your quilt is GORGEOUS!!!!! When I saw all the blues in your before, I wasn't sure how it would turn out. It's stunning! :-)

Gee that's pretty. It's so easy to get blues that clash but you did a great job! Nice, nice quilt!

This is one stunning quilt top!

I would add sashing to the left and bottom sides and finish with one wide dark border and dark binding. The quilt has a wonderful diagonal flow and a dark border wouldn't bring that to an abrupt halt. Sort of like the quilt top is the galaxy and it just drifts off into space. (My love of nature and sci-fi just pop up every now and then :D )

Best of all, audition lots of possibilities for borders, take pictures and most likely, one will present itself as THE one.

I'm a bit of a sci-fi person myself and just loved your idea. My LQS is waiting on a shipment of batiks so I'm waiting to see what comes in, otherwise, the next places to get fabric are an hour or more away, but I'll be making a trip in a couple weeks. but I have another project in the works too...will post that one soon.
