Some of you may remember the cat quilt I made for a friend of my mom's, and the consensus was that it was too juvenile. So I made this one from Laurel Burch fabrics instead. I hand-quilted it, and finally got the binding on last night. You sure couldn't call it drab! I suspect this one could glow in the dark! I'm glad to finally be done with it!

HRAURL PBURFP!!!!!!!!! Laurel Burch! Yeah! LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!

I've got all those fabrics and a bunch of her fish line too!

I am so depressed she passed away. The thought that there will be no new cheerful, colorful, whimsical art fabric from her is just too sad.

    :( :( :( :( :(

But, all of her fabrics are a celebration of fun, color, sun and just all around HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY.

Great job - it turned out great - and if it does glow in the dark - all the easier to find it. She will love it am certain!

I agree with all of you about Laural Burch designs. You just can't look at them and be sad! I smile every time I look at my quilt, because the fabrics are just so darned cute!
