The jelly roll was on clearance at Joann's when I got it, I forgot to mention that. The labor day sale is coming up too, going to restock on notions. They have a lot of cute pre cut being clearanced out right now.


My finished size of the blocks was 1 1/2 by 4 3/4, but that's because my machine doesn't change from 1/2 seams. (It's an older machine, to do 1/4, I have to draw lines because the feet don't help then.) The patterns I have seen online are usually 5 x 2 finished. My borders are 2 1/4 finished, and the whole quilt ended up at 47 1/2 x 38.
