Love every picture! Now I'm inspired...I wasn't going to put up my village this year...maybe I will...love the embroidered picture..and the picture given to you by your friend and the wall hanging made by your mother...Nice...

Yes, these are Byers Choice carolers. I love these and have collected for quite a number of years. I have 150+ carolers and I use them all over my house at Christmas in different settings. They are so easy to decorate with and you can be so creative with them. I hope one day to visit the factory in Pennsylvania.

Myvillage is spending Christmas in the attic this year, but I will post a photo here for you to see what I typically do with my village in this same room. Hope this inspires you to do yours and when I look at past Christmas photos I am inspired, but just did not have the time to do it this year.
