I've thought about them, decided on what to do, have fabric ready, and that's it. I have one special request quilt to make, then I can work on my own gifts. Should have the details for the special order within the next week. I operate better under pressure! Probably won't start mine till after Thanksgiving!

Your quilts look fab! It was an excellent choice to switch your original plan once you decided you were not going to enjoy making the same block over and over. I am working on a quilt to give my brother for Christmas, but I find I am having to really push myself into working on it. I think it's because my brother and I are not really close more than the quilt itself, though.
I was so happy to see so much of that color available! I love most colors, but I have a special place in my heart for mustard yellow and peachy oranges.

You're doing great. Haven't thought about Christmas gifts yet. Haven't been able to sew for a while. Too much outdoor yard and garden chores. Haven't even got hay into the barn for my ponies yet! Now I'm "moving" every night....packing up all the books, nicknacks, movies, etc. to clear out our large living room / dining room areas. New carpeting in my future soon! I am anxious to get it all finished and get back to a regular sewing & quilting life!
