    I'd say it turned out more than fine!! It hangs nice and straight, the fabrics are glorious ( I can see why you'd want to horde that backing fabric) and I love the pattern. You did a great job on this quilt!

    I have a few fabrics I'm loathe to cut into as well. Some are just too pretty to cut up. :)

    It's so pretty! A definite "WOW" quilt. I love the backing fabric too! It goes so well with the perfect piecing. That looks like a tough pattern. Great job Wendy! I'm thoroughly impressed. :mrgreen:

    VERY pretty. You did a great job. And paper piecing isn't that hard. I just finished my first one. Once you make a few squares you get the hang of it, but it is confusing at first. And I think it's more time consuming, but worth it.
