Default Christmas Quilt Finished

Well almost finished. Doing the labels today and then I can wrap this quilt up for Christmas!! It's for a 14 year old girl named Sophie. She loves everything that's Aztec. This quilt pattern is called Aztec Tumble and can be found in a 1993 Quiltmaker magazine. Page 28 to be exact! It's a large quilt ... couldn't get it all on my design wall. Measures 73" by 96"; thus the draping over the couch! I had difficulty capturing the teal & aqua colors with my camera (they show more blue than shades of teal & aqua). For the backing I did the letters of her name in the framed blocks and added one different quilt block to each row. I hope she likes it! Merry Christmas to all and the best for the coming New Year!

Your quilt is very beautiful. I like the front and the back. Sophie is so lucky to have you make her a quilt.
