I'm participating in a bloggers' Christmas swap this month. This is the project I made for my swap partner. It's a wall-hanging, although it's narrow enough to work on a doorknob too if someone wanted to do that. The blocks are paper-pieced, and it's machine quilted (although there isn't much quilting). It measures about 5 x 19 inches. I still want to put some hot fix crystals on the tree to look like Christmas ornament. I'm waiting for them to come in the mail.

You know I think I would put some of those seed beads on it here and there, they are tiny to sew but look great.
This is nice work and love your idea emailed it to my DIL in TN

Very cute. I would put red crystals on the wreath also. Kinda balance the "jeweled" with the simpler motifs. Nice work!

So, so, cute. I love the idea of the crystals or beads. Something to catch the light and make it shine.
