What! Started Christmas? It's no even Dec. 1st yet! Great runners. You are an inspiration. Maybe I'll get my Christmas fabric out and look at it. lol

Annemarie, it looks like you'll get your projects done in lots of time for Christmas. I like your variety of runners.

I have four sisters and I found a small piece of BFF (best friends forever) fabric, so I decided to make table runners or walll hangings for them for Christmas.

We lost our 94 year old mother two years ago and Connecting Threads had fabric with cookie designs that looked just like the sugar cookies we used to frost together. It's my idea to use strips of Christmas fabric and the cookie fabric, like Annemarie's first runner, for the reverse side. The little hearts contain fabric from some our Mom's clothing. The finished quilts will be like a tiny snapshot of our growing up together. (I'll probably have to explain the symbolism to them ) I am putting on another border before the fronts are done. I hope they'll like them, but I am enjoying making them.

Very pretty, I'm making some as well. A gal here on the board had posted some made with Christmas tress and gave the link as well and when I seen them I went right to work, I've got four tops done so far, and a little one.

They're all very pretty! The second one is my favorite. I love that shade of blue and especially like the diamond-patterned blue fabric.
