    I really like it, years ago I saw a wonderful tree skirt that looked a lot like this but the points were not connected by triangles, so it looked like a huge poinsettia, could I leave out those triangles to get the look I want?

    I believe you can.....go to this link and look at the one on the first row.....(can't get it to pull up, because it's been sold)..... If you do it all in red............would be the same. http://www.thefind.com/crafts/info-q...skirt-patterns
