Oh my goodness! This quilt is spectacular! How on earth did you get all those fabrics together in the center of that circle? No wonder you won that purple ribbon, it was well deserved! Congrats!!!!!!

Thanks Joy, the pieced wedge pieces don't go all the way to the center like and 8-point star do. when all are sewn together there is a open area about four inches across so pieced circle is added and stitched over the whole.

I absolutely adore your quilt! Its even my colors. Did you have a pattern? This is a must do for me. The last rwb I made myself me oldest niece cabbaged on to.

The circle pattern if from a book published by Phillips Fiber Arts I went to their web page but don't see the book I used, it may be out of print. They do have other books with circle bargellos in them. www.hillipsfiberart.com/
