It is Civil War Tribute. It is a block of the month program. The web site fatquartershop.com has the quilt and I have also seen it on quiltsrjewels.com. I'm going to do the borders now and then hand quilt it. It is a quilt that a person can't rush and cut accurate. Also if you do decide to get it. Block 4, I believe anyway it is the one you make 8 of. I made the easier one as the real experienced quilters had many problems. It has 1/16th inch seams. Anyway it has been fun and challenging.

I can sure see why it took a year, but I think it was well worth your time! Absolutely magnificent! What's your plan for quilting it?

Snow storm is in the cities. I'm up north in Hibbing, MN and we have had enough snow but we are not getting this storm. I'm so glad. Blowing the driveway takes time away from quilting. Hope you do a Civil War quilt, they are addicting but heart warming.

That's gorgeous!
I have some blocks picked out and am planning on working on a civil war quilt in 2011.

2011 will be 150 years since the Civil War ended,so your quilt is just in time for the celebrations. It is beautiful.

I think it started in April of 1861 and ended in April of 1865. Just trying to set the facts straight, not being a know-it-all I hope!
