What method did you use for the HSTs? I like placing two squares one light and one dark (or whatever you combination is) right side to right side. Draw the line diagonally and sew 1/4 inch on both sides of the line, then cut on the line. Thanks for the closeup. I LOVE THOSE COLORS.

gailG, have you ever used thangles? i used to make hst's the way you just decscribed, but with thangles you don't have to use any math to figure what size to cut your triangles, the thangles have it figured for you, just buy the thangles (which are cheap) for the size square you need.

:oops: :oops: I completely overlooked the part about thangles. Sorry. I'm cooking supper while tending to emails. :lol: No, I've never used the thangles. Is that the strips of paper all marked out and you can make multiples of the HSTs at one time? I mean to get some to try out, but just have not done it. Need to put that on my list for my next trip to the LQS or JoAnn's.

i believe it said you can make 5 different designs with it.
