    Spectacular! I can't believe this is your first try at a landscape quilt! Did you take a class or anything? I wouldn't begin to know where to start on doing a quilt like that. Your fabric choices are perfect!

    You really nailed that!!! Great rendition of the photo and great use of fabric. You can bet he will love it for sure!!! Oh and I think your borders set the whole scene off even more so.
