Default Comfort quilt

My granddaughter's friend just lost her Dad last month, he died in his sleep at age 42. She is 20 years old and has 2 little boys, she is so much in shock ; I thought a quilt would give her some comfort. I will be dropping it off today to her.

Such a kind lady you are. I'm positive this will help lift her spirits. How sad!

Very nicely done and so kind of you to think of her in grief. I think the pattern used is called Square within Square 2 by www.quilterscache.com.

Beautiful quilt. A very sad reason for it.
