Wow..that's a beautiful quilt. I love the way the colours converge. I want to do something for our spare room and now I'm thinking I'd like to have a go at something like that. Thanks for posting it

The batting was sandwiched in between and I used a herringbone basting stitch to baste the darn thing. It worked out wonderful and I'm thrilled with how it came out. I also made pillowcases to match rather than shams.
