oh that is pretty

i bought 2 fat quarter sets from that collection only to discover the person i was making the quilt for doesn't like the colour pink! ACK!

I'm using my Tanya Whelan prints to make an Irish Chain. That's my next quilt project. I can't wait.

I'm like you, have beautiful florals that I have hated to cut up. Aren't quilters funny: we buy fabrics for quilts and then don't want to cut it up! I tell my friends I am waiting to use it for the perfect quilt.

Anyway, when I saw this quilt the first time, I fell in love with it. I have ordered the book and can't wait to get it to start my quilt.

Yours is gorgeous - I love your fabrics and can see why you waited for the "perfect" quilt.
