This is such a pretty quilt and I think the scalloped edges really add to the beauty. Kitty is cute too.

The quilting pattern is called Fanfare Grande - hope this helps.

The ruler I used is by Quilt in A Day and is called Scallops, Vines & Waves. No need for math but the instructions tell you to start at one end and adjust in the middle. It is much easier to start in the middle and adjust at the corners. Try it, it really is quite easy.
