Love the hummingbird fabric - where did you find it? I love the blue tote, but they are both lovely. I'm thinking of making a laptop tote for my daughter-in-law. Another project on the table.

Thank you so much for the wonderful comments and compliments! Grandma LOVED her bag!! Prior to these bags, the only other bags/totes I've made were the bow tucks, so these were sorta based on that pattern just enlarged on some areas and made smaller in others and things left out or added (like the flap on the blue one).

I bought the hummingbird fabric at least 5-6 yrs ago, maybe longer at a fabric store in NJ when I lived there and at the time bought only a yard...now I wish I had more!!! I looked at the selvage of the tiny piece I have left and there's not enough information to figure out the name of it...all I can see is "for Hi-Fashion Fabrics, Inc." :(
