    If I want brighter colors I touch the fabric with the iron. Colors go on smoothly. Then press with paper towel until the crayon doesn't come off.

    After you use regular crayons to color fabric, you can paint over then with "fabric medium" to keep the colors brighter with use and washing.

    Cute idea. I think the faded coloring makes them look like antique quilts.
