    Quilts last longer than flowers and carry so much more meaning. What a wonderful gift for your aunt.

    What a beautiful thing to do. Yes they last forever. Do you make them in color groups so you have the loved ones favorite color? Can I steal your idea, I love it.

    I love batiks too because of all the bright rich colors and patterns. And they make such lovely items.

    You did a nice job on your lap quilt and what a nice idea instead of flowers. Sorry about your loss.
