I really love the material you chose for the elephants!! Good job and I'm sure the lucky person who receives it will be thrilled.

My MIL would love your elephant quilt! I love it too. And I recognize much of the Hawaiian fabric. We'd love
to see that one too when finished.

I've enjoyed seeing your progress on the elephant quilt.... it turned out to be just too adorable and will be loved. I like the "surfer dude" quilt so far....so don't forget to show us the finished project.

I love the elephant quilt. Is it your pattern or did you purchase it? I need to make a baby quilt for a boy and this would be perfect.

Really cute quilts. I especially like the elephants. We all learn from the hindsight view. But, we need to be careful about being too hard on ourselves or we would give up rather than accept the challenge to hone our skills.

I love your quilt. Your elephants are just too cute. And well done, too. No need to point out the flaws. Some of us see them and ignore them as they're not the important aspect of this, or any, quilt. What is important and pleasing is that it's such a darn cute quilt, made with all the care your could give it, and whoever gets it will be on lucky elephant-owner!!

I agree with Judy363905 (post #2)- don't tell us the problems YOU see - we are our own worse critics! I see nothing wrong with either quilt~

The elephant quilt is enchanting and the surfer's quillt has so much movement. I can't wait to see it completed - you are so creative!

Your elephant quilt is adorable! Love the way you interspersed the pinwheel blocks with the elephant blocks. Also love the border. The surfing quilt is also terrific! Your friend will love it!

Since this quilt is so terribly flawed, keeping it around where you can see it will probably make you sick. In order to protect your health, why don't you send it to me? Then we will both be healthy and I will be ecstatic. froggyintexas
