The combined colors are great...you can get too many different colors and textures in a crumb block and then it loses its appeal. I like your idea...can't wait to see what you do with them! You are an arteeeeeeest!

I saw a similar mitt pattern, but crocheted, on one of those hanging free pattern pads at Michaels, Hobby Lobby and JoAnns this week so if you crochet, you could get one for free there.
