The quilting as you go is the first time I tried it Cat18. You take your batting and put your backing fabric on the piece you choose the size then the top is like paper piecing. I made my strips uniform but some of the ladies did their pieces like crazy quilts. You need to find the center place your center block then work your way out one strip at a time. When you are done you have a completed quilt! It was so easy I'm in love with the technique.
