    Crown Royal done

A cousin had the bags and asked for a quilt. He didn't have many bags, so I did a cabin kinda quilt. He lives in a log home.

Oh my goodness, do they still put Crown Royal in those blue velvet bags? I remember my mother put her nickles in a CR bag when she and my dad played a card game, Sheepshead, with another couple! That was in the 50s.

Good job! I have several of those bags in different colors. You did a great job of combining them into a unified quilt. It would use all the colors but the bright green bags.

I really like that and wish I knew someone with CR bags. Especially nice for someone with a log cabin.

If you ask around, I bet someone will come out of the woodwork with all the bags you can use. That's what is happening to me. Especially waitresses and bartenders. Those little bags just seem too cute to toss.
