OH, Please don't say that!

Stop and answer these questions:

Does your ruler have a 60 degree line?
Can you sew a straight line?
Can youi sew a four patch, nine patch, log cabin block?
Can you sew two rows together?

If you answered yes to the above...
You can sew a hexagon block!

And just think, we are here to cheer you on every step of the way.

Only one word of warning........
These are so contagious...

:P :-P :-D

LOL well put....I have a 60 degree ruler also...I guess I won't know until I actually buy the book...maybe I will order it today or tomorrow....I can do all the blocks you mentioned...ok ok you have convinced me...not sure when I will get at making one or trying at least...soooo many projects to get done in the next 4 weeks...not to mention my forever wallhanging I need to make for my fiance' for Valentines day as we will be in Hawaii then...

Thanks bunches for the encouragement.....

Brenda - I would say the "Encore" book would be better for a first one more than the "Cubed" book - the detail on the concept and construction of the OBW hexagons and quilts, (and also the small cubes) is more fully explained, and the "Cubed" book takes it to the next stage.
Have fun!
