I love that! I usually carry around a small backpack because I have shoulder problems and can't use a purse that weights me unevenly. I don't always want to carry everything with me though, and this would work for just my wallet and coupons, etc., when I'm in the grocery store. Looks like it would hang comfortably from a wrist. Anyway . . . here is the link:

I think I have that pattern, but haven't made it. I like the way it closes. So simple! :D

I redesigned the inside pockets because I wanted a big zippered pocket on one side. I made the 3 pockets on the other side about 4" deep. I'm happy with the way it turned out & will probably give it to my sister on her birthday. I used a zipper I had in my stash, otherwise I probably would have used a red zipper instead. But it will be easy to find the zipper this way I guess & so it doesn't bug me too much. :D
I think I saw this same bag somewhere while I was surfing today. I think it was called "Japanese Knot" bag??? I'm so happy to see a live version.

Yes, my friend is super nice to share such nice material with me! We've been friends since 1981 when our kids were little. Hope you can find some material that you like for your grab bag. :-D
