How do you like the Connecting Threads fabrics? I just finished a child's quilt out of a collection of 5" charm squares of theirs and just love the feel of the fabric. Very silky. And their prices for their kits are very reasonable I think.

The quilting stand is pretty cool. I love the colors you have chosen for the block with blues and tans. Be sure to keep us posted. It looks like a good pattern for a stunning result.

Beautiful block, awesome ruler holder and that quilt frame is to die for! Lucky lady with a 'keeper husband' for sure!!!!!!!!!!!
