I have been quilting for two years , but I am a clothing designer, so needle work is a second nature with me. I do all the form of needle work. Thank you for contacting me. I can see that the board can take up a lot of your time. I am so happy to find other guys in here. I belong to 3 groups in my area and i am the only guy. The Gals really take care of their mascot ( ME ). Ha.
Again Thanks for your responce. later.

Lol LOL I have no idea how many squares are in it. the nine patch measures only three inches and every other square is a 3" block and a 3" nine square block. They keep repeating accross the Quilt. ( patch then 3" plain block), understand ?

Ahh ... I see. So this love of textiles and colorways is not a spur of the moment occurance. You are spectacular at this and should never give it up, dick. The attention to detail shows in your piecing and design choices. Very nice!
Any designer we would recognize?

ps) I will have to remember the shoulder pad trick when I outgrow my dress form. That's a good one.

Thanks so much for posting the birth of your stunning quilt. I find it very interesting how differently male quilters approach the whole design and construction process. We are fortunate indeed to have so many talented fellas amongst our number. Something that doesn't occur too often in groups/guilds we may attend in person.
