Thread: Daughter's Graduation Quilt

    Here is a picture of my daughters graduation quilt. She wants to be an author writing the great American novel! So, I decided to do a bookself full of books with pictures of her favorite teachers and quotes from them on the quilt. It was quilted by outlineing the books and pictures with a large stiple at the edges. Glad this is done, but at the same time, it was a lot of fun to do and I will be doing more of this quilt!!

    What an interesting, meaningful quilt. She will love it since it was obviously made with a theme that is so important in her life. That's a perfect gift!

    That's exactly what I'm doing for my daughter! I drew up a pattern for a bookshelf. I'm cutting out the books right now. I hope mine turns out as well! :D
