    They are both striking, depends on what you want to achieve. The top one would work best as a wall hanging, table topper etc. The bottom one would work best as a larger quilt.

    If you can't decide, make both and mail one to me? :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

    how bout in 2, the slant toward the middle but then when it reaches the middle change the angle and slant the other side to the middle again so your eye is drawn up, then back down again?
