Thank ALL of you so much for your encouraging comments. I'm very pleased and must admit I'm wondering if there may have been a recent mention of my reversible quilt as it's generated several nice feedbacks this week, 4+ months after I originally posted the photos. How wonderful! I appreciate every single comment as this reversible quilt was a gigantic learning project done with cast-off scraps from friends. You have all made it totally worthwhile! Thank you all again.

I love both sides but especially like the string side, postal packin' mama. Thanks for the photo, I am getting ready to make one as wanted to do the QAYG so this really helps me visualize. I made a rag quilt that was so heavy (queen) that it started falling apart in the washer so I cut it all apart to reuse as a scrap quilt. Something I learned, using designer sheets(especially vintage) to make a large rag quilt with flannel too heavy! I do have a question, do you get a "bump" where the sashing joins the blocks?
