Catitude: I like Wally's quilt so much I think I would like to make one. Is there a name for this one or could you just give me the size of an arm of the cross and I might be able to figure it out. I am still a beginner, actually when I look again I think I would like a couple of hints on how to do it easily. I have been sorting scraps today and this is such a beauty of a scrappy.

I made a plus sign quilt with fabric I brought home from my trip to Hawaii but they are all so colorful that unless you know it's a plus sign you really can't tell. I'm thinking about placing some black plus signs here and there to accent the fact that they really are plus signs. Any other suggestions? At the moment it's in my UFO pile!
