Default Delph quilt mistake corrected and quilt totally quilted

I posted an error of a star feather motif quilting that was six inch off center. The quilting was fine, just the placement. It took 3 1/2 hours to rip. Last night I finished the quilting, 46 hours of longarm quilting, far above my normal time for a quilt. It was a challenge to design and then to quilt but I am more than pleased with it. The lighting was not the best to show off the quilting, in person it becomes part of the design of the quilt, patchwork and quilting working together. I think that is my thumb at the bottom of the first photo. I don't think my calling is that of photographer.

I'm hoping this is the close up of the corner I was looking for before in my files.

That is beautiful, so elegant, and really enhanced by the quilting motif. I am saving your post as an inspiration for those times I can't bear to rip quilting out, or can't bear to moose the quilt around another minute.

What a gorgeous quilt -- the quilting really brings it all together, too. Wonderful!

Fantastic! I hope you are putting it in a show because it is a ribbon winner for sure!
