Since I am having back issues, dh knew I was feeling sad.. so he painted me up some letters and covered my chair and straight stitched me some valances.. he also took a cabinet from my mom's house and painted it black. , the cabinet holds about 100 spools of thread..lol
dh also painted my fan blades.. if this theme is looking somewhat familiar I took the idea and bookmarked it off the board... ( I hope they take it as a compliment) dh is a board member also and he knew I loved this idea so much so that I was banned from the room until tonight..
He is my love bug... :)

see the polka dot ribbon on the shelf above.. he hot glued that on... he had a big bag from joann's and I had no clue what was in there.. I think he got help from my daughter...lol

Hey Colleen that looks like a fun room to 'lounge' in *L*
I have been trying to get my DH to put up a ceiling fan in my quilt cave. I think he's stalling until it gets cold and I won't need it ...can I borrow your DH? I see we are both in Calif..we are probably at opposite ends of the state...

My husband just did a room for me too! Sometimes it is so beneficial that my husbands love language is acts of service ;) Your room looks great! We are planning some of the same little touches, such as the ribbon on the shelves. Hope your back feels better soon.
