Thanks for your kind replies! The quilt is quilted and the bright yellow binding is sewn on for round one. I'll get the hand work done in the next few days. The back is flannel with pastel letters.

VERY pretty!!! I was just looking at it trying to figure out how you had cut the 4 patch. I 've done the disapprearing 9 patch but my brain isn't registering on how to do a 4 patch. Duh!!!! ha ha

I shall join the Grandparent's Club on Friday. The doc wants to induce. From what I hear, that happens a lot. Seems it'd be good to let nature take its course... but one must trust their doc.
