very pretty, like it alot.
Yes I have my first quilt and was told at the time I did it all wrong. hand cut out each square, pressed each and every seam open, and hand quilted it to close to the seams. made it in 4 pieces and then sewed them together and finished quilting where it was joined. Didn't know what I was doing at the time

My first quilt I gave to my son, and he still uses it, I made it when he was about 8or 9 yearsold, I have my second one that is an attic window, my first one was log cabin done with permanent press material . I will never do that again.

I made my first quilt with my great grandmother when I was 9 years old. Thats why I will always hang onto it. If you are not attached to it, sell, or give it away.

Yours is precious!! I did not keep the first 15 or 20 quilts I made because I made them for other folks. I am keeping more for my self now and feel a little selfish so I excuse me by saying well, my DH needs woobies, too! even the girly ones!!

I would keep it, not only is it beautiful, but it is your first quilt!!! :D:D:D You don't want to regret it later after it's gone...

Keep it for yourself... Mines still not complete, just a top, guess thats a good reason not to give away!
The others are gone or marked for someone/thing.
