The center 4 patch is 2" squares (finished) and the rest is as you go -- It ends up as a 8 1/2 inch unfinished. The sashing is cut 2 1/2"
By being careful which way I pressed the seams, most pieces nested as I sewed so the blocks came together. The earlier blocks were sloppy so there are a lot of cut off points. I guess I was having a difficult emotional time.
Interesting how I can tell my frame of mind by the sewing -- especially when I look at my hand quilting
