oh I really like this quilt pattern and your quilt is mavalos dahlink.. I probably would have left is as it was, finished it and given it away.

Very nice! I love how you quilted the ribbons in straight lines.

I think it says a lot about your confidence, that you knew that you could do better this time. I often do not rip and put back together, when I'm trying something for the first time, because I'm not confident that I can do better.

Thanks for sharing your story! Your quilt will make a lovely addition to your sewing room.
You have inspired me to tear into a UFO that I started years ago. I still love the fabrics, but my placement of colors does not give the eye any place to rest. Also, I used a mix of LQS fabric with some that is rather thin. Do not know what I will do with it, but it is good to know I have resources available to me here if I get stuck.


Sew glad you finished your quilt and shared your story.
