Good haul. I've got a ton of the polyester serger thread cones, like you bought, that now since I've stopped serging clothes for my kids is sitting collecting dust:< Don't use it for quilting, as it's a very weak thread and is supposed to be used with 3 or 4 other threads(as in a serger) to create a stable seam.

Went to Goodwill this AM to find some treasurers...with thread in mind. Can you believe they are selling Knifty Knitters for the same price as brand new, but obviously used? Those guys. Nope, no treasurers. It's so fun to see when a super deal is found!

great for you! around here those spools would have been $2.00 each. No one gets rid of anything here, they think it has value and they want your money.

What a find! Now, to match those colors to fabrics means maybe more shopping? Wouldn't want to waste the thread.

What a bargain...all that thread for $12.00. You will never have to buy thread again. A never ending supply and many colors too!!!

Great find!!! But yes, I do think you will run out and sooner than you think if you sew/quilt a lot. And believe it or not, you'll probably not have the right color for something you want to match! LOL
