BTW, while my guild sisters generally use the specialty products, one was given an very stained bunch of antique blocks which her DG fixed completely with oxygen bleach powder, a tooth brush an a bit of water. Two days befoe I had to turn in my granddaughter's wedding quilt for our quilt show, I took it to show at the guild meeting. It got a very black spot on it (ink? grease?) I used the same technique. My DH rinsed it super well with our carpet shampooer. Fixed.
