    Default Dollhouse Quilt

I have to thank Luci177 for introducing this great dollhouse quilt panel to everyone last year. She made such a great quilt for her granddaughter and when I saw it, I knew I had to have it! I found it online and made one for my granddaughter's 3rd birthday this month. I also made her some fabric 'paper dolls' to play along with it. It was such a fun project and I enjoyed it so much! And I also could relate to Luci177's comment that she would like to have kept it and enjoyed it for awhile herself. I worked on mine right up to the day I had to part with it and I, too, would have liked to 'look' at it for awhile. And paper dolls! I don't need to say anything about those, I have such great memories of my dad bringing them home for me and my sisters and we would play for hours. So thank you for posting yours Luci177, you never know when something you share will be enjoyed by others so much as to inspire them to repeat it : )

What a fabulous quilt with great "paper" dolls! Your granddaughter will love it - if not at age 3, then soon.
