Default Donation quilt with low cost fabrics

I found some marked down Halloween fabric without the specific markings. The fabric was $.39/yd! I got all they had - 16 yds. It will make more than one donation quilt and cheerful backings for other designs. It was a quickie being just 10" squares.

Well that was a real find! And it's great it doesn't scream Halloween so it's versatile.

Wow, I don't remember ever seeing fabric that inexpensive! Must have been back in the 50s. I was thrilled to get some yardage at $2. a yard from CT. I ordered before the $1. offerings. Nice quilt!

What a great bargain, and it certainly doesn't look like Halloween, just cheerful!

What a great bargain! Too bad they only had 16 yards but that's better than none at all. You've already started putting the fabric to great use.
