Here's a free pattern to make Double Diamond Bookmarks. They make great gifts and you can make several in one evening. It's also a good guild project. Enjoy!

All I did was fuse 2 strips of fabric together, cut on the lines, slap it on a piece of fused black, and stitch down the middle! Took me longer to decide on the fabrics than to make it.

I make this same pattern using a Lattice Folds Template (designed for scapbooking). Used it on various types of clothing and handbags. Very easy to use, lots of fun, and you get lots of questions as to how did you do that, as well as compliments. I got template from paperwishes.com and it cost $4.99. Try it... you've love it!
