Downton Abbey Teatime Mat
#36
Too late! Guess there should have been a "spoiler alert" on the title of this thread. I'm still in mourning, though I knew when they had little love fest in the hospital - "Oh, I'm so in love with you, and so happy" - that something awful was going to happen. Really gonna miss Matthew. No, I hope they don't pair Branson and Rose. She's a little trollop in my opinion. But it is a possibility I guess. Great mat - I love your stairs! Did you print a picture on fabric for it? I really miss the show between seasons, but looking forward to "Call the Midwife" next month.

I also really enjoy Downton Abbey.....and am lucky that often on my travels I have to pass Highclare castle where it is filmed.....it is a lovely looking building and just visible from the road........sadly no really good patchwork shops close by that I know of though.......but love the mug rug.

Don't you hate the way this season ended? I sure did. I love the show and anything else having to do with Great Britain. I'm a real Anglophile and want nothing more than to go there some day. But I better hurry since I'm already 66.
