Too cute. Love the dragonfly quilt and the quilting is awesome.
Awesome job! I love how you put the dragonflies into the quilting design.
Very unique fabric and your dragonflies make the fabric pop nicely. Great work and thanks for sharing.
Fantastic quilting!!
Great job on the quilting. What type of thread did you use?
Wow! That's a great top, and your quilting adds so much! Superb quilting! Great example of artistic synergy between piecer and quilter! It inspires me to make a simple top of great fabric, then send it to a brilliant longarmer!
This fabric is so unique. I love it. The quilting is beautiful.
I love dragonflies! This is truly exquisite!

Your quilting is amazing and I love the quilt as well!
WOW!! Beautiful quilting. Your work reminds me so much of Green Fairy's. Here is a link to her blog with some pictures. http://greenfairyquilts.blogspot.com...ans-quilt.html
As a beginning longarmer myself, I love the details. Can you please tell us how you did this. It looks like all free hand. Did you create a template for yourself for the dragonflies? What kind of Longarm do you have?
Thanks!
Interesting design, I really like your color combination!!
Wow pretty where did you find that fabric?Originally Posted by camlyn

I usually use the A&E from Dallas Thread. Im not a thread hog, like to have lots of colors, but my Gammill really likes this thread and I dont have to fuss with it much...
It was a customer quilt, so I have no idea where she found it. Im not even sure who made it... Sorry Im not much help..
Nice quilt...loving the dragonfly fabric. You did a great job of quilting, too.
Thank you!! I take a coloring page and cut it out for the outline, otherwise it would look like a baseball bat or something, then I use 505 spray - place it where I want it, stitch around it, do the inside free hand.. The background fill is all free hand. I have a Gammill Classic that I bought used 4 years ago, its a real work horse.
Once again thank you.
