    Dreamy Dresdens by Charisma

I made this quilt just to use my stash....and these leftover dresdens from another project.
I decided to make a sampler of different quilting designs in the background. Which was really fun to quilt. That is my favorite type of quilt because each new square presents a new opportunity. Blank canvas.
After the quilt was finished I added lace and little embellishments to the center of the dresdens because I wasn't crazy about the ric-rac.

    Thanks so much for looking.

Great quilt and quilting! You should keep it for a sample if you do a show.

    Very pretty charisma,

    Couple questions:
    1. What batting did you use?
    2. What thread weight did you use?
    3. Did you plan out each block ahead of time, or did you just wing it on every block?
    4. Did you decide on the designs such that each "angular" block was next to "circular" blocks?

I am growing my skills in long arming myself, and looking to see how others get to the finished product Thanks!
