Adding the blue was the perfect touch and those cornerstones aren't bad either. Lovely quilt.

The blue was definitely the way to go. I love dresden plate and made a baby quilt for my niece. You are right that the green wasn't the right fit for that particular quilt. Glad you rescued it.....it's beautiful.

The blue is much better than that green for this quilt. And the sashing really sets off the blocks. Your Purr Lady is gorgeous and doesn't she know it! She looks like a sweetie!
